For the past 24 years Thomas has been a licensed real estate professional practicing in the state of Maryland and primarily in Prince George’s County. He began his career at Long and Foster in the Mitchellville office. To get off to a fast start and gain valuable knowledge he was partnered with highly experienced mentor in addition to completing of the nationally acclaimed “Sweat Hogs” training given by Floyd Wickman. Two years later Thomas moved over to Century 21 where he went on to become a million-dollar producer. Several years later he took over leadership of National REO Sales as Vice President and Sales Manager. After a few years Thomas subsequently moved on to affiliate with three other Brokerage firms and has now found a home at Velocity Real Estate.

Over the years Thomas gained a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the business. He has completed countless resales and rental transactions as well as new construction projects. He has built and continues to maintain great working relationships with his network of investors. He is highly proficient in negotiating terms and writing contracts that achieve the goals of his clients. For most of his career he specialized in assisting first-time homebuyers.

Thomas has a passion for helping his clients solve complex real estate challenges with compassion and knowledge.  This desire to help his clients in times of need led him to become a Certified Probate Specialist. This program equipped Thomas with training, systems and a National Probate Resource Directory of lawyers, movers, title agents and real estate professionals to assure a smooth probate process for the courts, personal representative and all parties involved.
